My journey into tech was nontraditional; I transitioned from the pharmaceutical industry into human-centered software development, focusing on meaningful impact through empathy and thoughtful engineering.

I’ve contributed to production systems and scalable platforms at companies including EzCater, CarGurus, and Southwest Airlines, specializing in Next.js, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and modern cloud infrastructure. I design both frontend and backend systems with performance, accessibility, and search visibility in mind, optimizing Core Web Vitals, GEO targeting, and search discoverability to ensure web applications are fast, resilient, and widely accessible.
I’m a proud Hack.Diversity Fellow and a graduate of CodePath’s Technical Interview Prep program. I’m also affiliated with Brilliant Black Minds, Karak, and ColorStack, communities dedicated to advancing underrepresented engineers in technology. I’m currently earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Governors University, after completing formal software training at Colorado Technical University.
Beyond coding, I care deeply about mentorship, representation in tech, and building sustainable engineering communities. I write user-first, resilient software that solves real problems and delivers measurable impact for both users and businesses.
Fun fact: when I’m not engineering web applications, you can find me tending my plants, curating my watch collection, or skiing in New Hampshire.
